Benjamin Allred

Benjamin specializes in personal injury claims. He is licensed to practice law in Utah and Missouri.
Benjamin was born-and-raised in St. George, Utah. He graduated from Desert Hills High School and then went on to attend Utah Tech University (formally Dixie State University), where he worked full-time and graduated cum laude with his degree in Communications. While interning for a personal injury law firm during college, he saw firsthand how personal injury attorneys help wrongfully injured people.
Benjamin graduated from Washburn University School of Law, where he received a CALI award (top paper) for “Perfect Compensation and Tort Liability” in his favorite class, Law and Economics. Additionally, Benjamin worked as a prosecuting intern for the Shawnee County District Attorney’s Office, gaining invaluable experience as he handled multiple misdemeanor and traffic trials.
Outside of the office, Benjamin is an avid roller coaster enthusiast and self-made guitarist. He also loves spending time with his wife and three dogs. He is a huge fan of the Utah Jazz, Kansas City Chiefs, and New York Yankees.
