A frequent speaker at seminars, he educates fellow attorneys on various topics related to trial practice and insurance litigation.

• Contingent Fees
  We take pride in the value we add to our client's case. Accordingly, we charge an industry-standard 33.3% for matters that settle without litigation and 40% for matters that resolve after litigation begins. That said, we are always concerned about client satisfaction and commit to accepting a fair fee at our discretion.
