Degrees in Law from Universidad de Costa Rica and Universidad Americana de Nicaragua, MBA from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica actually finishing MSc. in Public Law from Universidad de Costa Rica with an emphasis in Constituional and Contentious Administrative Law.
