- Activities: Andrew is a trustee of the executive committee of the board of trustees of the New York Institute of Credit. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, which has a membership of 2,600; he was only the second lawyer to be selected to the board at that time. Andrew is chair of the Advanced Financial Restructuring and Plan of Reorganization Conference held annually in New York. He also serves on two subcommittees for the American Bar Association: the Subcommittee on Indentures and Bankruptcy and the Subcommittee on Bankruptcy Committees. Andrew also is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
