Some of the ways I did this include: • Advising financial institutions, automobile dealers, and finance companies on the application of consumer laws to their unique practices and products. • Drafting and enforcing various contracts, including promissory notes, mortgage documents, security agreements, lease agreements, arbitration agreements, loan agreements, and motor vehicle purchase and finance agreements. • Litigation in state and federal court and administrative proceedings before regulatory agencies.
