Meet Amber Cohoon

During the thirteen years following graduation from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies, Amber built a solid business foundation. Her experiences range from a Fortune 500 company, start-up companies, small businesses, and an established nonprofit organization with distribution around the globe. She learned how to make organizations thrive. Amber has a genuine heart for people and a devotion to details.
Due to her unique combination of passion for business and a desire to serve others, Amber decided to pursue a degree in law, where she could incorporate both of those into one. Today, she’s a licensed Texas attorney with a J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law. Amber truly loves what she does. Many would say she was made for this. Amber is a trusted and skilled advisor to sole proprietors and small businesses for their singular legal matters and ongoing professional relationships.
Amber has been married to her husband for seventeen years, has five children, and two dogs. She has lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since her childhood, with the exception of the few years she spent at UT in Austin. She currently lives in North Fort Worth. She enjoys spending time at home with her family, reading and writing fiction, enjoying movies, and binge-watching tv shows.
