Having had opportunities to get hold of many and different legal positions .For my past experience, Mainly while been lawyer involved in many legal tough spot, Most part I practised business law in its various dimensions, and now reverted to international public law field , particularly in nuclear field, This has enable me to maintain and broaden my knowledge in such specific area of nuclear field, but over roll concepts are different in business legal position, and international public area. the main roles and responsibilities carried out while performing duties primarily hearing evidence to determine exactly what's happen in the case, then follow-up trail procedures in the lower courts and finally introduce appeals in the upper courts, this include Legal councils both (both substantive and procedural rules ), drafting requests, acting as solicitors, assisting the investigation procedures, acting as an adviser with regard commercial international business contracts, Pleading in the courts, acting as solicitors and assisting investigation procedures .… …. taking up matters related but not limited to Company and administrative, commercial and banking law, intellectual property and labour law, litigation and social security, dept recovery, contractual and negotiation techniques.Committed to high values, Integrity, efficiency, professionalism for a high client satisfaction Always aimed to follow up and close each matter in line with the interests and objectives of our clients.
