I have been an attorney for over 45 years and I am the principal of Allan D. NewDelman, P.C. My primary area of emphasis is debtor representation under Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. For those clients better served through debt settlement, I will work with their creditors in an effort to negotiate a reduction of the debt.
