Alison Foster Davis

Alison Foster Davis has been licensed in California since 1992, and is also admitted to practice in Idaho (inactive in Texas and Wyoming). She is the former president of and has been a member of the Academy of California Adoption Lawyers since 1996. She was a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys from 2001-2016. She has completed over 3,500 adoption-related cases and has qualified as an expert witness in California courts on numerous occasions. As the former executive director and current legal director of Family Connections Christian Adoptions, her practice is limited solely to adoptions, including domestic, international, guardianship-to-adoption, interstate, step-parent, adult and contested adoptions (termination of parental rights).
