In 1986, Mr. Ginzburg obtained a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington. He earned his J.D. at Whittier Law School in 1993, and passed the Bar later the same year. Mr. Ginzburg is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Washington D.C. Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in California (1993), the District of Columbia (1994), the Federal Court for the Central District of California, as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (1994). Mr. Ginzburg has been honored as a Super Lawyer by Los Angeles Magazine annually since 2016. Additionally, he is Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
