Best Bankruptcy Attorney While no one anticipated finding themselves in any bankruptcy proceedings, if they do, Ms. Adrianne Woods is the go-to bankruptcy attorney. When we were contemplating filing for bankruptcy, we researched several attorneys and contacted, consulted, and hired Ms. Woods based upon her Reviews, Ratings, Area of Expertise and County. We counted on Ms. Woods for guidance from consultation to final decree and she delivers beyond our expectation to closing the case. Ms. Woods enlightened us from the start on what to expect and what not to expect with counter measures and the likely outcome. She guided us every step of the way. She is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy attorney. Ms. Woods is definitely a great and caring attorney. We are very happy to write our honest review based upon our own personal Chapter 11 experience with Ms. Woods, and certainly, we will not hesitate to recommend Ms. Woods as the best go to bankruptcy attorney to anyone who needs proper representation in their Chapter 11 proceedings. Thank you, Ms. Woods, You are the Chapter 11 Boss.

Wonderful Attorney and an Unbeliievable Human Being Going through a process of financial hardship and being in the dark about how the process worked, finding Adrienne was a beacon of light in a dark tunnel. She was able to explain every step extremely precisely and put my mind at ease when certain unclear situations arose. She was extremely thorough and clear in all of her work and was able to be contacted easily if I had questions or needed explanations. After having initial consultations with several different attorney's, Adrienne was able to come up with solutions and find answers to many questions that other attorney's did not want to discuss or think about, and I would highly recommend anyone to contact her and see what she can offer you in dealing with an uncomfortable and taboo subject, but in the end I am so happy I found her and she made the process as painless as anyone could make it. I recommend her very highly, and her human touch of being understanding and calming in difficult situations is such a rare thing to find in attorney's and I cant help but praise her on that aspect specifically.

Q. Can I file for bankruptcy without my spouse while we're starting an uncontested divorce process?
A: You can absolutely file for bankruptcy before the divorce is finalized. Your impending divorce is something you'll definitely want to discuss with your bankruptcy lawyer, as it has implications as to what chapter for which you are eligible to file. For instance, if you are separated, your spouse's income won't count for the chapter 7 means test. Good luck!
