Biography

Adeola is a Senior Partner at Adeola Oyinlade & Co and leads the Taxation, IP, Corporate/Commercial, International Trade and Company Secretarial Practice Group.
He advises a wide range of national and foreign clients including several companies, intergovernmental organizations, foreign governments’ agencies, multinationals, financial institutions, international charities, and technology companies and a vast range of manufacturers in over a decade. As the Senior Partner at Adeola Oyinlade & Co, a leading law firm known for providing competent, innovative, cost-effective and well-timed responsive services from the commercial hub of Lagos, he has received several national and global recognitions in his human rights work including the 2018 IBA Human Rights Lawyer of the Year in Rome, Italy and the 2021 American Bar Association (ABA) International Human Rights Award in Chicago, United States.
He has drafted several shareholders and joint venture agreements and regularly advises on multinational and Nigerian companies’ tax issues, corporate structures, shareholder rights and other corporate governance related issues.
