Shannon Moore was born in Huntsville, Alabama. He is a graduate of Grissom High School and he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Born into a military family in Quantico, Virginia, Ms. Miles attended California Western School of Law, graduating in 2006. While at Cal Western, Ms. Miles studied Family Law and Community Property. Ms. Miles clerked for a family law firm and civil litigation firm while in law school. Ms. Miles also served as a judicial extern for the military judges at Camp Pendleton.
