Holly represents families students & their parents in multiple areas of education law, including special education, civil rights, & discipline. She litigates administrative matters & lawsuits in federal court - including due process hearings, MDR proceedings, disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings, OCR complaints, & civil lawsuits.

My practice areas include real estate, business law and estate planning. I receive JD from Cornell Law School in 1983 with specialization in international business law and practice primarily in Florida and New York. I am also a member of the Connecticut and Massachusetts bars.

Melissa is a passionate attorney with many years experience in family law. Starting her career as a paralegal, Melissa decided there was more work she could do.
