A native of Dummerston, Vermont, Will is a graduate of Yale University (history) and received his law degree in 1992 from the University of New Mexico School of Law. He began his law career as a litigator, as one of only two associates working with the nationally recognized trial lawyer, Randi McGinn, in Albuquerque, NM. His trial lawyer practice focused on wrongful death, catastrophic injury, employment discrimination and insurance bad faith litigation. For eight additional years, Will operated his own firm and expanded his specialties to include business transactions, business formation, commercial litigation, and providing lawsuit defense services for his business clients. Will's litigation experience includes bench and jury trials in state and federal courts, as well as extensive appellate work. Will is a frequently invited lecturer in the area of litigation graphics and technology for groups such as the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Illinois Cook County Public Defender's Office Capital Crimes Division and the Office of Defender Services for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.
Will returned to Vermont with his family and joined Ward & Babb in February of 2006. His practice continues to focus on civil litigation and business transactions. In his free time, Will loves to snowboard and read, expanding on his passion for Vermont history that began when he wrote his Yale senior thesis on Ira Allen's revolutionary war negotiations with British General Frederick Haldimand.
Will is licensed in Vermont and New Mexico.

Glenn Jarrett is the principal of Jarrett Law Office, PLC, located in South Burlington, Vermont. The firm limits its practice to estate planning, elder law, special needs, guardianship and Medicaid planning, as well as probate and trust administration. In addition to being an attorney, Glenn is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. Glenn is admitted to practice in Vermont, New York and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Chittenden County, Vermont, New York and District of Columbia Bar Associations. He frequently presents estate planning seminars to the public and has presented continuing education seminars on a variety of subjects for attorneys and financial professionals. Glenn has appeared numerous times on television interview shows to speak about estate planning and elder law topics. Organizations he has presented for include the Alzheimer's Association of Vermont, the Asperger's Association of Northern New England, the State of Vermont Retirement System, the Vermont Bar Association and the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association.

Glenn is currently the President of the Vermont chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, a multi-disciplinary organization of licensed professionals. He also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Vermont Chapter of NAELA, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, as a long-time member and former chair of the Burlington Development Review Board and as a member of VERG, the Vermont Elder Resource Group. He is also a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, the largest collaborative network of estate planning attorneys in the nation.

Glenn graduated from Middlebury College with honors in Political Science and from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., where he was a senior editor of Law and Policy in International Business, the international law review of the Law Center. After graduation, he served as law clerk to Hon. Albert W. Coffrin, United States District Judge for the District of Vermont. He has practiced in both the public and private sectors, including nine years as a Vermont Assistant Attorney General. He lives in Burlington with his family.
