As an IP and Business Transaction attorney, I help businesses protect their brands and assets. Prior to my legal career, I worked for/with various Fortune 500 companies, holding positions such as Financial Analyst, Business Development Manager, Risk Specialist, and Trading Specialist. During law school I worked as a Summer Associate in the Office of General Counsel at Duke Energy, as an intern at the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Affairs, as an extern for a United States District Court Federal Magistrate Judge, and as a summer associate at the United States Attorneys Office, Tax Division.
