Client Reviews
Andrew S. April 29, 2020
Read this review if your life is important to you. Pros: Camila Pachon lawyer's office is in a quiet place that should set up a thoughtful approach to the case. The lawyer quickly enough responds to letters according to a pre-worked out template. Therefore, there is no communication problem. Pleasant appearance. Calm and judicious style of dialogue with the client. Punctuality (if a pre-arranged meeting is canceled due to their fault, you will be warned, and you will not go to them in vain.) There is a a great assistant to a lawyer in her team, who writes letters exceptionally competently and, judging by the style of writing, has extensive experience in clerical work. (She has another assistant who is blatantly illiterate, but it is even nice to have such a contrast) Great customer meeting - smile, coffee offer. Comfortable furniture and business style of the office set up for a substantive conversation. At the first meeting (until you paid the money), she outlines what you say to her, which creates a feeling of her interest in your case. Cons: Camila Pachon does not read, does not understand, and does not ponder the documents that you transmit to her. The lawyer did not give me a single piece of advice that can be assessed as at least as valuable or useful as possible. (It’s especially disappointing when you pay a lot of money for helping you lose your case.) The lawyer gives advice that can lead to major troubles of the client when losing the case. Sometimes, it seems that the lawyer is interested in the fact that in your homeland where you came from when you lost the case, you got a completely lawfully long judicial term. She does everything to make it happen. This is very surprising and honestly stuns since everything should be exactly the opposite. One of the assistant lawyers is completely illiterate and you may be shocked to receive letters from the office of the lawyer with inaccurate information caused by the simple illiteracy of her assistant with a very bright and sonorous pseudonym by the way ) This is very frustrating when she does not listen you to and do not delve into what you consider important and it is just terrible when she do not give a damn about someone. Yes, the work of an immigration lawyer is complicated, in fact. But it’s their job, I think, to delve into matters on which the life of the client may sometimes depend. I ask you dear readers not to perceive my review as subjective. I am writing this review here only so that you can avoid the mistake that happened to me. God bless that this attitude towards me was caused only by her personal hostility towards me and possibly towards my case, and not by her usual style of work. If otherwise it’s completely awful. But in my case, I not only felt the complete lack of professionalism of a lawyer, which I was sure led me to a guaranteed loss of case in the court, not taking into account the most important and obvious circumstances, but also the huge amount of money and time that I spent in vain. The contract with the company is drawn up in such a way that the client will never, under any circumstances, get refund the amount paid to the "lawyer" no matter how she was unprofessional in the matter. Part of the amount of the sum can still be returned to you. But only at her discretion. And you will be fined by her for the time she spent on you. Although it should be fined her, not you) Even though it’s you, not she who spent her time and in fact everything should be exactly the opposite The lawyer absolutely does not delve into the client’s case as a whole or in details. May God grant that my review changes the attorney’s approach to their work, given that fate and sometimes the life of people, who as a rule have hopes for at least some help from a lawyer in their case, depend on it. It's really looks like a crooked glass. If in other services in the USA when the seller (of goods) deceived you or did not live up to expectations, you can easily return the money, then here you can easily lose not only your money and time, but also your life. I strongly advise you not to contact this lawyer if your case is some way serious, important for you or, God forbid, relates to an asylum application. Or is more difficult than 2 + 2 = 4. However, if your business is still so simple and you are ready to pay for it then, everything will turn out and you will be satisfied )
