I have been practicing law since 1995. I am experienced in resolving franchise, business and corporate, partnership, employment, real estate and related disputes in state and federal courts and in arbitration and mediation. I earned my B.A. in political science from Northwestern University and my J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, where I was a member of the Washington University Law Quarterly and recipient of the Gerald K.
