Mark is a native of Savannah having graduated from Benedictine Military School in 1990. After high school, Mark attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. In 2001 Mark graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law.
