Mark received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Drew University in 2003, and graduated from the University of the District of Columbia – David A. Clarke School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mark served as a student advocate in the Juvenile and Special Education Law Clinic as well as the Housing and Consumer Law Clinic where he represented indigent clients.
