Credit cards for consultations are accepted through LawPay as well as payments through Venmo and CashApp. Please allow 3 days for processing credit card, Venmo, or CashApp payments prior to a scheduled consultation. Retainers can be paid by credit card online using LawPay. Venmo and CashApp are not accepted for retainers. Of course, cash is always welcome. -
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
I charge a $150 consultation fee, payable in advance, for up to a 1 hour consultation. I do not give free consultations. Payment for the consultation fee is accepted by credit card, Venmo, Cashapp, or cash. After the consultation, you will need to sign a contract and pay a retainer if you wish to hire me as your attorney. The contract for legal services can be signed electronically. If paying online, payments for retainers are accepted only through LawPay - not through Venmo or CashApp. Please contact me by e-mail with your current address and telephone number for a payment link and a link for your electronic signature.
