Mr. Phillips has tried cases before judges and juries across the country. He has had substantial experience with complex corporate matters before the Delaware Chancery Court. Mr. Phillips also has extensive experience with preliminary and emergency injunctions, handling more than 15 in the last decade for clients either seeking or defending against injunctive relief in state and federal courts.
