Attorney Failures to Notify Summons = Warrant My opinion one should avoid William Whitehall WSBA # 39705 works as an attorney for Vancouver Defenders so you can keep yourself from having a Failure to Appear Warrant Issued and Placed on your record or worse out of jail. Stand up for your rights do not waive them unless you agree to do so. Mr Whitehall I believe in retaliation for not waiving them will fail to let you know that you were summoned to appear resulting in a Failure to Appear Warrant For Your Arrest being issued. With a FTA they can withdraw from the case resetting the speedy trial clock. If this legal malpractice has happened to you please File a Bar Complaint.
