Biography
Mr. Schmidlin is a former prosecutor, having appeared in that capacity in ten (10) counties and in front of many more judges. As a prosecutor in Harnett County, Mr. Schmidlin was primarily in charge of drug and narcotics cases but also prosecuted murder. Since entering private practice more than eight (8) years ago, Mr. Schmidlin has zealous defended those charged with the crimes Mr. Schmidlin used to prosecute and has done so in State and Federal Court. Additionally, Mr. Schmidlin handles contract and construction cases for small and medium sized contracting firms and occasionally for consumers.
