Activities: Mr. O’Brien is a member of the Federal Bar Association, a member of the U.S. delegation to the International Federation of Wines and Spirits (FIVS; an international association of wine and spirit producers), and an advisor to the Laws and Regulations Working Group of the International Wine Office (OIV; the intergovernmental association of wine regulators). He is also president and a founding member of the 400-member International Wine Law Association, based in Paris, France.
