I have known Ty for several years and have found him to be a very knowledgeable and effective attorney. He cares for his clients and knows his way around a courtroom.

I have worked with Ty and been on the other side of a case from him. In both circumstances, he was professional and did an excellent job for his client.

I have litigated with Ty and against Ty for about three years. One docket he and I handle means we are litigating on the same cases twice a month. Therefore, I have seen him in court quite often.

I have never had any issue getting in contact with Ty. He is responsive to communications so cases can move along quickly.
