Tim gets great results for his clients and is a well respected authority on Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Tim was lead trial counsel on a RESPA loss mitigation case that helped establish positive precedent for consumers in the Sixth Circuit.
