Tilden Mendelson
Tilden Mendelson received his B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania in 1964. After serving in the U.S. Navy as a legal officer aboard the presidential command ship, U.S.S. Northhampton CC-1, he received his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law in 1969. Mr. Mendelson is admitted to the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. His practice areas focus on business interactions involving contracts, real estate, construction, commercial transactions and structured settlements (including annuity planning, settlement agreements, probate related issues and subrogation claims). When not practicing law, Mr. Mendelson devotes much of his free time to hiking and biking with his wife, Cathy, a psychotherapist. As a member of the Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation, Mr. Mendelson has served on its executive and budget committees and Board of Directors, as well as on the board of its Foundation.
