Tom Brennan did not protect my rights to a safe work environment. I contacted Tom Brennan after being wrongfully, terminated by my employer of 17 years. I asked him to protect my rights and fight for accountability. However, Tom only seemed interested in a quick payday and negotiated a worse severance agreement than was originally offered to me. I complained to the bar association regarding his advice to not file paperwork with labor and industries, which would have protected me in my complaint of an unsafe work environment as Covid was spreading in my school community. He did not listen to me when I insisted that my status as an employee was not “at will“. His undermining of my case left me with half a years salary and no accountability for health concerns brought on by mistreatment From my employer. I cannot strongly enough recommend against hiring.
