Yes

Tara is very conscientious in her preparation. She obtains the information she needs to make an accurate assessment of the situation and then approaches the resolution with pragmatism and professionalism. She will outwork her opponent. She also knows when she needs to do further research or consult with a colleague on an issue she has not previously encountered. By having a full understanding of the problem, she makes it much easier to resolve it.

Legal Knowledge: Very Good

As a young lawyer, she does not pretend to know all of the answers. But when she doesn't, she takes the time and puts forth the effort to find them. In doing so, she sometimes becomes more knowledgeable on the current status of the law than someone who relies on what they knew from years past.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Tara brings her common sense to the practice of law, and with that sufficient skepticism about overreaching or "stretching" a point of law. She has good instincts, and is quick on her feet in the courtroom when called upon to respond to opposing arguments.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Tara is an excellent listener. She lets others share their thoughts fully before she offers her own. She is then able to set forth her advice or her client's position clearly and concisely in a very understandable form.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Tara has worked for me for almost two years. She has exhibited good judgment in dealing with difficult situations and has always put her clients' interests above her own. I would expect nothing less.
