While my daughter was in the custody of her father in Knoxville Tennessee, she made several allegations of abuse. I filled a dvo, which they continued, 10 times. 20 days after I filed for the ex-parte and dvo, he was granted sole custody and a no contact
order was put in place against me, this was to ensure she works not be able to reveal anymore of her situation to me. I was not served until over a month later. I never got my chance to defend myself. I retained Mrs. DiVinere and she told me she would have both he and I psychiatric evaluations, my daughter to speak with a forensic investigator, aged just importantly, that I would have my day in court, to reveal the gross chicanery of it all. I realized Tamara was not doing anything she promised or fight for myself or my daughter, and asked she be granted a GAL attorney. This also never happened after ic was told it would. After I was reluctant to let my daughter go on overnights because he had not provided his drug test results, Tamara told v his attorney I was “not willing to accommodate. However I merely was asking he uphold the judge’s orders. She also told me on 3 occasions incorrect information in regards to the order. She refused to help me bc file for child support, or return my records as I requested. The above topics regarding my satisfactory are all absolute no. The only topic I believe she was proficient in has been knowing the law, yet she never helped me in that way or any other. AFTER, I terminated her services, she withdrew instead of stating it was my decision to terminate her. She did nothing for me, and it cost over $11,000 dollars. Of all the the ways she failed me, I feel that the worst is she destroyed my belief in justice, and further decimated the integrity of the judicial system.
