Sunil routinely advises private equity clients and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, investments banks and lenders in a variety of debt financing transactions, including secured and unsecured senior credit facilities, mezzanine and subordinated financings, and high yield offerings. In addition to his professional experience as a corporate attorney, Sunil previously was a microprocessor design engineer with both Freescale Corporation (then the Semiconductor Products Sector of Motorola Corporation) and HAL Computer Systems (acquired in 1993 by Fujitsu Corporation). Sunil is the author/co-author of six patents and two technical papers related to microprocessor design.
