Steve represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of debt financing transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, private placements and Rule 144A debt offerings for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and refinancings. Steve also represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in bridge financings, mezzanine financings, debt restructurings, and various credit enhancement transactions, including guarantees, letters of credit and sponsor equity commitments. Additionally, Steve represents the sponsors of several private equity and real estate investment funds in connection with their fund formation, management arrangements and investment activities.
