Dear Reader: This is some type of Biography/Information section, so here goes: I accept a variety of cases including Criminal law, general Civil Litigation, Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle accidents, Wills/Estate/Guardianship litigation, and Matrimonial/Family law matters.

** I am most known for work in the field of Accidental Disability pensions presented before the State of New Jersey Board of Trustees for the Police and Fire Retirement System and other Public systems (SPRS, TPAF, PERS, etc). I presented hundreds of successful disability claims in this area at a time when the law was unsettled and its interpretation intensely disputed. I was Appellate Counsel on three published opinions in State Disability actions and appear as counsel in many other unpublished decisions. One particular opinion (Caminiti v. Board of Trustees, PFRS A-1994 10T2) protects individuals disabled with psychiatric trauma in cases that include physical impact. I have handled trials and appeals in this area of law at all levels of the N.J. legal system.

I previously served as a Newark Police Officer from 84’-96’ in assignments that included Patrol, Directed Patrol Task Force [including undercover in thart unit's Vice and Narcotics operations], Crime Scene Photography, Fingerprint Identification and Analysis, and Records/ Identification. I later served as a Detective assigned to the Director’s Office in the capacity of Acting Legal Analyst. I was Certified by the State Police as an Instructor in 1992. Before that, I enlisted in the National Guard once I entered undergraduate at Kean College (now Kean University). I completed Basic at Fort Bragg, then AIT at Fort Knox, Kentucky. I was attached to the 50 Ar. Div, 2/102 Battalion, Company B and "flew" M48A-5 tanks. I left with an Honorable Discharge and have excellent memories of that service. I also served as an electrical lineman on low amperage series circuit(for the old pull box system) with the Newark Fire Department
