Most recently, Steve has represented the trustee for the Tiverton-Rumford Pass Through Transaction in the Calpine Corporation bankruptcy case and a related proceeding in the District Court for the Southern District of New York. He alsoassisted a major investor in KB Toys regardingthe company's chapter 11 reorganization in Delaware as well as ancillary litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Massachusetts Superior Court. Other restructuring engagements include the representation of an informal committee of bondholders in the chapter 11 case of Archibald Candy Corporation in the Northern District of Illinois and the representation of Genuity Inc. and its affiliates as debtors in their chapter 11 liquidation in the Southern District of New York. Steve also hasexperience with other transactional and litigation matters, including asset-based lending transactions, second-lien financings, exchange offers, preference and fraudulent transfer litigation and the representation of a leading Russian entrepreneur in connection with a major international arbitration.
