Yes, I relied upon Sminu for the criminal portions including 5th amended issues and procedural problems with settlement, he was advocating the criminal side while I pursued the family law and child custody.

Sminu has some advanced Federal cases and felony case as a young lawyer, now he has been practicing a long time and takes those cases on a regular basis. He always has a plan.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Whenever we have discussed the law as it applied to a case I was working or one we worked together, I would follow up with my own research and Sminu was always assessing the situation properly.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Sminu has a way of breaking down criminal law so even i can understand it. I focus all on family law, and don't have time to get into the penal code, Sminu educates me when I need his help.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

He is straight up guy, I never heard a client complain or an opposing attorney or prosecutor. He gets it done the right way.
