Brian is a top-notch family lawyer. My clients who have been represented in the past have been well-served by having him as a lawyer. I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future.

The BEST family law attorney Brian was the first and only attorney I had a consultation with. By the end of the consult I knew he was the attorney for me. I spent almost an hour on the phone with him explaining the situation with my child custody concerns and getting his advice on the best way to proceed. Brian gave me options on different paths we could take and the possible outcomes/cost of each option. Every email I sent was responded to within a few business hours. The legal process moves slow but I was confident that Brian and his team were on top of everything. My case is now resolved and I'm extremely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Brian and his team for your family law needs.

Brian's a Fighter. I heard Brian was great in court-- fortunately, I never found out because he settled my contentious divorce case in the most reasonable and efficient way. He focused on my priorities and got the best results under the worst circumstances. I'm grateful to him for all he did for me and my children!

Q. How old does a child have to be to decide where they want to live?
A: Children do not get to decide. Children get to express their desires when they are 12 years old or older. If there is violence or neglect then the Court can appoint family service or a counselor or consult with children under 12.
