- Sharon has prepared a number of voluntary corrections submissions to the IRS, and has made various presentations to clients regarding plan compliance issues. Sharon works with many schools and universities on employee benefits matters that are unique to tax-exempt institutions. She is also a member of the firm's Sports Law Group, where she helps draft and negotiate deferred compensation agreements on behalf of collegiate coaches.
