Activities: Mr. McElhaney serves as the Chair of the Dallas Bar Association's Business Litigation Section and is a member of the Dallas Bar's Labor and Employment Section. He is also a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association. Mr. McElhaney has been elected to be a Fellow in the American Bar Foundation, a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and a Life Fellow of the Dallas Bar Foundation. He is a Barrister in the Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court.
