Excellent Critical Timeline Attorney I was searching online for an attorney in the Laporte or Porter County that could assist me with my brother-in-laws need to put a medical and durable POA together in February of 2022. Scott was my third call to an available attorney. Although I had been assisting my brother-in-law ( Joe) for some time with health care needs he had failed to put anything legal in place in the event that he became unable to handle medical or financial matters on his own. Joe contracted Covid in January 2022 and such matters became critical to his future well being and care. Scott was able to meet with Joe at the hospital to get documents in motion to take care of all that was necessary that afternoon. The documents were prepared and Scott returned to the hospital the next day. Scott was also able to acquire signature witnesses and a Notary Public to attend with him. His professionalism and concern for his client was above and beyond what we could have expected. I have also used Scott to prepare similar document needs for myself since then. My home is in Illinois and, since Scott is licensed in both Indiana and Illinois, it made things in my life a lot easier at the time.
