Horrible attorney! Mr Baldwin is a horrible attorney. He doesn't respond in a timely manner or doesn't respond at all. If you are assigned Mr Baldwin as a public defender, kiss your rearend goodbye. He does not defend you, he convinces you to plead guilty and then negotiates the least worst or the lesser of two evils "deals". If you get Baldwin as your PD, request a new one immediately. He never asked about or looked at any of my evidence in my defense and much of my evidence was proof the complainer fabricated his own evidence. Didn't matter what I told him or what evidence I had, he just wasn't going to defend me. Public defenders are a joke!
