She takes your money and runs I contracted this law firm for 2 evictions, and they quoted me $600-$700 each. Right in line with other attorneys in the area. For one of the evictions, they just stopped doing any work and stopped taking my calls. They missed the deadline, and I had to contract another company to evict the tenant. For the one eviction they bothered to finish, they sent me a final bill of over $2600 after quoting a $700 ceiling! I tried telling them there were errors in the bill. They screamed on the phone. I pointed out that they were charging me a sheriff lockout fee that never happened. The tenant surrendered the keys, so there was never a need for the sheriffs.
