: Current; Activities: Mr. Goldblatt is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association; the Product Liability Advisory Council; the Editorial Board of BNA’s Product Liability and Safety Reporter; the Defense Research Institute Drug & Medical Device Steering Committee; and the International Who’s Who of Product Liability Defense Lawyers (2d Ed.). He is also the past chair of the American Bar Association, TIPS Section, Product Liability Committee and co-chair of the Warnings Subcommittee of the American Bar Association, Litigation Section, Product Liability Committee. He is the author of more than twenty articles on product liability-related topics and a handbook on the regulations of the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
