I am considered by many one of Houston's finest bankruptcy attorneys. Most of my referrals are from other attorneys- that says a lot on its own. I handle each of my cases personally. I don’t hand it over to some flunky or secretary, like most bankruptcy attorneys do. I have found that my personal attention to detail results in my clients being very pleased with our services.

Now I’ll brag a little bit. I am board certified in consumer bankruptcy law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. That essentially means that the Texas Bar has determined that I am an expert in this area. I am one of 92 board certified consumer bankruptcy lawyers in the entire state of Texas.

I was the past president and vice president of the United States Bankruptcy Section of the American Bar Association/YLD. I was also the Editor in Chief of the Bankruptcy Committee Newsletter (publication of the ABA/YLD Bankruptcy Law Committee) and the Co-Editor of News and Views Newsletter (publication of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys). I am a frequent speaker at lawyer conventions teaching other attorneys about bankruptcy and credit reporting issues.

I am also Houston's credit reporting expert and appear frequently on the local NBC, ABC CBS and FOX affiliates regarding credit reporting issues and personal finance. This background allows me to inform my bankruptcy clients of the credit reporting system and how to reestablish themselves quicker than usual.
