Russ and I have worked together on several cases involving Elder Abuse and Neglect issues and causes of action.

For several cases I have handled over the years, I have associated Russ to help out with some of the more complications problems and issues facing all elder abuse claims.

Q. When did you work with this lawyer?
Since 1999 we have worked on cases with Russ and his firm, approximately 4 or 5 times. Each case was very successfully concluded.
Q. Was this lawyer an effective advocate/counselor and why?
Yes

Each of the Elder Abuse cases we associated Russ in, were successfully resolved and in each of these cases we were able to achieve some degree of justice for the clients.

Q. Please rate this lawyer on the following:

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

If you have any knowledge of California Elder Abuse law, then you would already know who Russ Balisok is. He is the author of the Rutter Group Guidebook, and his name is associated with just about all of the seminal elder abuse cases decided by the California Supreme Court.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

There is a lot to say here, but it may be risking violation of some attorney work product, attorney client privileges. Suffice it to say I learned quite a bit about analyzing these cases from Russ Balisok.

Communication Skills: Very Good

The man speaks brilliantly, sometimes too softly, and sometimes with complicated theories and concepts, he needs to repeat it. Each time however, you get the point.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

In all my dealings with Russ, there has never been any action or comment or statement made by him that did not reflect the utmost in Ethics and Professionalism.
