Mr. Schwillinski is a member of the Massachusetts state bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Court of Appeals

Professional Experience

: Current; Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Mr. Schwillinski served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps. There, he gained extensive litigation experience as a Navy Judge Advocate, serving as defense counsel in one of the Navy’s largest criminal defense departments. Mr. Schwillinski served as lead trial counsel in several felony jury trials and was appointed assistant department head. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked as a nuclear design engineer for ABB Combustion Engineering Inc.
