Rod has been practicing for over 30 years and has a strong grasp of the medical malpractice cases and the law that governs them.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Same answer as above. His ability to analyze the defendant's weaknesses and exploit them in cross-examination is second to none.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Again, it is hard not to be trite when describing someone's communication skills. So I would point to his verdicts to underscore how well he communicates with jurors.
