- Activities: Bo is active in the ABA and local bar associations, and has lectured and published widely on class actions, insurance litigation, electronic discovery issues, unfair competition, and a variety of legal ethics topics. He is on the editorial board of the Insurance Litigation Reporter and recently served as Chair of the ABA’s Life Insurance Law Committee and as chair of the ABA TIPS Emerging Issues Committee. He is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
