- Bob has tried numerous complex cases to verdict in state and federal courts, and dozens of labor and commercial arbitrations, and he also has extensive appellate experience. Bob additionally counsels employers on employee discipline and discharge, reductions in force, executive employment and separation agreements, sexual harassment and other internal investigations, and compliance issues under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Worker Adjustment Retraining and Notification (WARN) Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Bob argued successfully before the United States Supreme Court in the age discrimination case of Hazen Paper Company v. Biggins.
