Richard's practice spans estates and businesses of all sizes, both profit and nonprofit. He specializes in estate planning for single and married individuals, with a focus on aiding business owners and family enterprises.
His expertise extends to healthcare professionals, representing physicians, osteopaths, dentists, and more. Richard also navigates entity concerns, having represented hospitals, medical groups, home healthcare agencies, and various businesses from construction to technology.
While predominantly transactional, Richard has litigated medical employment contracts, physician rights, anti-trust cases, and more. Prior to law, he worked in hospital administration and public relations.
